QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer, who is not only skilled in automation but is also driven to influence the team’s approach to quality, ensuring that it is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

Will be expected to take an active role in ensuring quality is prioritized early in the development process. You will influence teams by challenging them to adopt best practices, pushing for high-quality code, and getting involved in testing as early as possible.

Expected travelling time (UK and USA): 0%-15%, varies according to project/client. You will be working with teams across different time zones and locations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QAE or similar role, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with C# and JavaScript for testing and development.
• Experience with testing tools such as Playwright, Wiremock, and Docker.
• A passion for quality and the ability to challenge and influence development teams to adopt best practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with performance testing and a mindset for scalability.
• Ability to get involved early in the development cycle to ensure quality is built into the product from the start.
