We are looking for a Senior Python Developer , for a young but profitable AI-First startup. We are building a cutting-edge platform for automated content management in social networks, leveraging AI tools like IDE Cursor, PydanticAI, and Cline to enhance product capabilities.

Your main tasks will be:

• Design and develop a scalable backend platform for content management

• Build and optimize high-performance, fault-tolerant APIs

• Implement AI integrations to automate content creation and enhance platform features

• Identify system bottlenecks and optimize platform performance

• Maintain high code quality and ensure system reliability

• Collaborate closely with product and AI teams to drive new initiatives

• Mentor junior developers and propose architectural improvements

We expect from you:

• 4+ years of commercial Python development experience, strong expertise in Django

• Experience designing complex systems with architectural thinking

• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Celery, Redis, and Docker

• Understanding of CI/CD processes, experience with GitHub Actions or similar tools for zero-downtime deployments

• Ability to independently make technical decisions and drive them within the team

• Technical stack: Python, Django, PostgreSQL, HTMX/TailwindCSS/Alpine.js/Next.js

• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset, with strong systemic thinking and ownership over your work area

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
