The position
As a Senior Public Affairs Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Maintain and enhance positive relations with external audiences, including the general public, shareholders, investors, and government.
• Influence beliefs and perceptions through strategic communications to protect and promote the reputation of the organization.
• Engage with communities to address social, economic, and environmental challenges and promote the organization's image.
• Develop and implement public relations programs, activities, campaigns, events, and promotional materials; Liaise with functional or operational area managers to align public relations activities with business needs.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with government representatives and regulatory agencies to advance the organization's interests; Act as an internal expert to educate and update investors, shareholders, and analysts.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in public affairs/public relations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Professional experience in public relations and communication.
• Experience in government relations, interest organizations, international organizations, political parties, or industry is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of chronic diseases and diabetes is an asset.
• English and Spanish proficiency (written and spoken).
