Senior Project Manager - India Growth & Innovation Hub
Senior Project Manager is a key role in the organization that requires working with stakeholders both in India and globally to support execution of strategic initiatives and cross functional projects. Role involves managing operational projects and supporting governance meetings delivering value to India center and the global organization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive impact by managing / supporting India level projects that may cut across different business lines and functions
- Lead / contribute to India-wide initiatives focused on implementing objectives and key results from the three-year plan
- Collaboratively work with global stakeholders and India leaders and teams on engagements to deliver impactful results for the organization
- Ensure projects are executed as per scope, and timelines by coordinating and collaborating with multiple teams/ individuals, periodic follow up and oversight, stakeholder communication and reporting.
- Act as a change agent and manage delivery of workstreams on projects working with leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Lead or facilitate cross functional project level initiatives/ events/ meetings Support / deliver thought leadership on future state operating models and processes with focus on Global Capability Centers competitive landscape.
- Support in governance meetings by capturing and following up on action items to closure
Skill Requirements
- Expertise - Must have hands on experience in working on cross functional projects
- Leadership - Must be able to lead projects and work well with leaders Communicative and facilitative - Must be able to communicate well with all levels of the organization from team members to senior leaders.
- Assertive - Must be able to ensure project timelines and scope are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority. Must be able to manage conflicts
- Analytical Skills - Must have demonstrated strong analytical skills across professional experience
Qualifications:
- 7 to 11 years of professional experience
- Experience working on cross functional projects / programs
