About the role: 

We are looking for a motivated creative Senior Project Manager to join our in-house creative team. Supporting the marketing team, you will be responsible for managing the production and delivery process and operations functions for various creative projects submitted. You will be the key driver for the creative delivery engine, and as such, responsible for the investigation, and translation of client briefs into a feasible, cost-efficient creative solution, using your extensive experience and knowledge of delivering cross-platform projects. You will be reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications as part of a small team of creatives. As part of a global brand, you’ll be working with teammates and stakeholders in various timezones across the US and Europe. Are you someone who likes to work in close collaboration with your clients? What you will be doing: 

  • Engage with multiple clients across various markets, working closely with them to understand their briefs and deliver successful projects to them
  • Manage the execution of documents used for internal teams and external partners such as product messaging documents & internal brand guidelines
  • Manage the delivery of marketing assets, predominantly digital ads and social video content
  • Ensure that the creative team have all required resources and equipment to complete projects effectively
  • Inform and make decisions on resourcing internal teams and external agencies
  • Analyzing past results and implementing findings on current projects, identifying opportunities to enhance our work
  • Drive efficiency and creative excellence at all times
  • Championing a merchant-first perspective across all touchpoints
  • Support OLIVER Senior Business Director with oversight of team processes, time reporting and billings 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • 7+ years of creative project management experience
  • A broad understanding of all digital channels and how they work across multiple lines of business and digital channels including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing and web
  • Strong track record in executing assets for multiple platforms with different specs
  • Good understanding of current trends and events in digital, social media and technology to leverage in advertising and digital marketing
  • Communicate effectively in high-pressure situations and client-facing environments
  • Have a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own
  • An understanding of products/technologies in payments & banking, and previous experience in the fintech sector
  • Strong client liaison with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships
  • Ability to work independently, organizing and prioritizing workloads to manage your time efficiently
  • Ability to learn quickly and a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
