Requirements
- Theoretical overall knowledge of classical (RUP, PMBok) and agile (Scrum, Kanban, XP) methodologies, practical experience in few of them. Focus on agile approaches
- Experience in managing collocated and distributed teams of small/mid-size (3-15 people)
- Experience in small/med/bigger projects (200/1000/3000+ hrs), high success rate / CPI
- Experience with Atlassian tools — Jira, Confluence, JSM, plugins
- Good experience in using spreadsheets for data analysis: calculating averages, means, products; basic trend analysis; conditional data manipulation
- Solid tech background — developer/architect experience is a plus: OOP principles, SOLID, Patterns/antipatterns, Databases, Server administration, TCP/IP stack, Modern technologies stack
- Basic selling skills, experience of product representation in the US / successful up-sale to the US clients is a plus
- Good understanding of the Outsource business model and its difference with a product or in-house models
- English - upper-intermediate/advanced
