The Opportunity
We are seeking skilled Project Manager with a strong background in project delivery and digital products delivery within GXP compliant systems. Experience in implementing initiatives in Chromatography data systems (CDS) is preferred. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and possess a keen understanding of both traditional and agile project methodologies, we invite you to join our dedicated team. A key aspect of the role will be managing deployments in laboratory sites and supporting project decisions for delivery of technical solutions.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end deployment of projects relevant to Chromatography data System (CDS), ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with multiple teams across our matrixed organization, acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders to deliver integrated and impactful solutions.
  • Provide guidance to project teams and partners, ensuring consistency in implementation of the selected methodology, as required to fulfill the process, and quality standards.
  • Leverage your extensive IT delivery experience to guide and mentor teams throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating smooth execution and delivery of IT projects.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation and resolution strategies as needed.
  • Oversee project budget, track expenses, and report on financial performance, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication, knowledge sharing, and alignment to achieve project milestones and goals.


Skills and Qualifications:
Required:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
  • Proven experience with diverse project deployments within GXP compliant systems OR a minimum of 3 years of hands-on PM experience, demonstrating a track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects.
  • Strong proficiency in collaborating with multiple teams within a matrixed organization to drive successful solution implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to facilitate discussions, present ideas clearly, and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Working experience with project management tools like MS Project.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of various software development models, along with the ability to effectively apply both traditional and agile project methodologies based on project context.
  • Proven experience with IT deployments within CDS
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with FDA cGMP/GLP regulations.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification
  • Agile Skills: Agile and Scrum experience a plus.

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is €2800 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
