We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Utility Services team and to oversee all Utility Services pursuits activities and assignments!
Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for implementation of the projects and with Constellation stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage the engineering, procurement, and construction phases of the projects
- Represent Constellation’s interest in managing the financial, technical, and scheduling aspects of the project
- Oversee project lifecycle from design development through financial closeout
- Assess construction document packages, schedules, and implementation teams to assure a high level of coordination and constructability
- Day-to-day coordination of A&E / EOC services and other professional service providers assigned to the project
- Prepare & present project presentations during meetings as required
- Responsible and accountable for overall project performance including scope, schedule, cost and project deliverables
- Management of finances, cost control, schedule, environmental considerations, regulatory agency requirements and public and client relations, all provided by others
- Coordinate and ensure timely procurement of material and permits
- Review Contractor Forecasts, Accruals, and invoices
- Facilitate Contract Requisitions
- Support Constellation representatives with approval of contract requisitions and invoices
- Accountable for all aspects of project including safety, assemblage of the project documentation, and ensuring completion of close-out documentation
- Provide guidance and support to peer or junior PMs

- Dredging
- Bulkhead Repair/Replacement Project:
- New Flow Regime at Conowingo Dam - working with the station (mainly operations) to develop procedures and training to implement a new flow regime that will have up ramping and down ramping, both are new, and station does not have experience with a more complex flow regime.
- Muddy Run Visitor Center – New Roof/Siding/Windows/Doors/Gutters
- Renovation of a large Pavilion that is used for meetings and the public at the dam (currently working with supply to get a handle on vendor to provide design/build)
- Managing a recreation survey and endangered species survey for the Muddy Run project (these are FERC requirements)
- Working on the fish lift projects and associated projects at the dam (new boat ramp, Fisherman Park upgrades, etc).
Qualifications
- Strongly Preferred type of project experience as PM include Dredging projects, bulkhead installation or rebuild projects
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Civil or related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience as Project Manager @ power generation site or equivalent
- PMP Certified
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in utilization of Microsoft software and use of computer
- Capable of working through new processes and quick learner of new methods
Reporting Location
- Hybrid flexible daily work from Anser office, client office, jobsite, or home
- Minimum 3 days per week for first 3 months, then target 2 days per week thereafter unless concurrence from client is agreed to.
