dunnhumby is looking for a Senior Project Manager who expects more from their career.
It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Information Security team. Joining our Information Security team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to manage several key projects. We’re looking for someone who has strong IT/Technology project management experience and previous exposure to IT Security projects / Cyber Transformation Programmes is essential.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and oversee the implementation of several significant projects throughout the lifecycle – from scoping and planning, to delivery, transition to operations, project closure ensuring expected outcomes to stakeholders and the business.
- Work with subject matter experts to understand requirements, translate into a viable project plan and agree designs with the input of the security architecture function and other contributors.
- Pro-actively manage risks, issues and dependencies and escalate to appropriate stakeholders, taking corrective action where needed.
- Extensive experience managing the day-to-day running of projects.
- Experience in running Cyber Security projects e.g. Security Monitoring, Network Security, Host Security, Application Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Access Management and Risk Management.
- Managing project administration, including all documentation.
- Provide reports to senior management on a regular basis.
- Participate and contribute to audit activities ensuring all information is supplied in a timely manner and that any follow-up activities are completed as per the agreed schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience of working in multiple workstreams
-An ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills with multiple work strands and stakeholders with competing and changing priorities
-An understanding of programme delivery and the ability to utilise centralised expertise and tooling
-Experience of working within immature operating models whilst developing model solutions.
-Agile methodology certification.
-CISSP or CISM or other equivalent qualification
-Prince 2 (or similar) qualified essential with exposure to Agile preferred
-Strong Information Security project management experience with (at least 5 years) including communications capabilities, decision making and problem-solving skillsets, lateral thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills.
-Experience with MS Project, MS Excel, JIRA, Confluence Excellent understanding, and proven experience of Project Management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile (SAFe).
-Management of outsourced services and 3rd party suppliers.
