As our organization continues its growth trajectory, we are in search of a seasoned Project Manager. The ideal candidate will hold a PMP certification and demonstrate substantial experience in managing large, complex projects. You should be adept at navigating challenging client interactions and possess the skills to realign projects to meet scope and budgetary constraints. Experience with large-scale software solutions and enterprise-level clients is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Leads multiple high complexity projects, either within the same client environment or different clients. Provides leadership to project teams.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with client executives and key stakeholders with the ability to influence decision making.
- Anticipates and proactively ensure communication within project, client, and internal teams including being the point of resolution for issue/risk escalation.
- Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions across multiple projects
- Proactively manages change to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs and understands the interdependencies and levers within a project that drive successful outcomes
- Monitor and support sales pipeline to reach quarterly bookings targets by leveraging client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- At least 7 years project management experience
- PMP (or similar project management) certification
- At least 2 years of people leadership experience
- Ability to make good and timely decisions that help shape the organization’s best practices
- Ability to influence and guide decision making for multiple stakeholders
