In NC, we operate three pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities that are responsible for fulfilling different steps in our injectable and oral treatment supply chains. Our Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM) facility in Clayton, NC is a 457,000 square foot aseptic "fill and finish" site that is responsible for producing innovative, injectable diabetes and obesity treatments. The Position
Lead and oversee the development and implementation of maintenance planning and scheduling processes across multiple production facilities empowering a pro-active approach to equipment maintenance and reliability.

Essential Functions
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Project Manager for Global Planning and Scheduling Excellence Program, develop roadmap for implementation and lead, coach, mentor and support manufacturing sites to implement
- Drive the Global Planning and Scheduling Program, objectives, vision and targets
- Track and report on Global Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Program progress, problem solve/escalate roadblocks
- Lead Global Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Network Group supporting local program leads with implementation at site level
- Develop global KPIs and track performance of work management processes (backlog, schedule compliance, etc.) drive improvement actions with sites
- Design communication and change management plan for global project implementation
- Create best practice library, develop standards, templates and tools to simplify planning and scheduling roll out at sites
- Remain current on all relevant technology advancements and developments in the industry
- Support and control integration of global AM Planning and Scheduling roadmap into local site project portfolio (e.g., local Hoshin Kanri, or PPM)
- Coordinate Program with internal (e.g., sites, AME, FFEx, DMD, DDIT) and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers)
- Support peer groups who are driving similar programs (Materials management, CMMS, Operator Care, Reliability/Maintenance Engineering)
- Ensure technical training programs are established and deployed for maintenance planning and scheduling
- Ensure sites have the right resources (staffing and skills) to execute proper maintenance planning and scheduling
- Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties

Physical Requirements
Ability to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. (% can change on a case-by-case basis based on the role.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Maintenance, or a relevant field of study from an accredited university required
- May consider an associate's degree in engineering, Maintenance, or a relevant field of study from an accredited university with a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in Maintenance Management
- Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Lean and/or Reliability, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment required
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Maintenance Management, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Lean and/or Reliability, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment required
- Minimum of four (4) years of project management experience implementing Reliability Excellence programs with a focus on Planning and Scheduling required
- Proven experience working within CMMS for maintenance/spare parts management required
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization required
- Highly analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex and critical issues required
- Flexible, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment required
- Proven experience working within SAP PM /MM for maintenance/spare parts management preferred
- Certification in Reliability / Asset Management (e.g. CMRP, CRL) or Lean 6Sigma preferred
