Are you passionate about driving international marketing projects and making an impact all around the globe?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented (Senior) Project Manager International Marketing to join our Strategic Marketing Office. In this role, you’ll lead marketing initiatives across our international markets—translating regional needs into strategic, aligned activities that reflect our product goals and brand standards. You’ll serve as a central interface between international stakeholders and our Strategic Marketing teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality execution.
Responsibilities
- International Project Leadership: Independently manage complex marketing projects and initiatives across global markets
- Stakeholder Interface: Act as key contact for international stakeholders and ensure alignment with central teams in Product & Corporate Marketing
- Strategy & Execution: Translate market-specific needs into marketing activities that support product strategies and brand integrity
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead interdisciplinary project teams and foster structured, transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Project Management: Define timelines, set milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and manage project scope and resources proactively
- Documentation & Reporting: Ensure structured documentation, timely status updates, and clear stakeholder communication at every stage
- Process Optimization: Share knowledge and best practices across the Strategic Marketing Office and contribute to scalable, efficient workflows
- Improvement: Drive improvements in standards, collaboration, and cross-market marketing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing management or a related discipline
- 5+ years proven experience in successfully managing projects in marketing
- Strong intercultural communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- A structured, solution-oriented approach to complex project challenges
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Confidence in using project management software
- Confidence in dealing with decision-makers at C-Level
- Effective written and oral communication skills in German and English
