Role: Senior Project Manager – CGI Production Services 

Location: Grand Rapids, MI – Hybrid/Onsite (2-3x/week) 

About the role: 

OLIVER is partnering with BISSELL to build an in-house agency that will power the next generation of its brand storytelling. As part of this exciting initiative, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager – CGI Production Services to lead and oversee the execution of high-impact CGI projects that enhance BISSELL’s product visualization and brand storytelling. In this role, you will work at the intersection of creativity and technology, managing the planning, execution, and delivery of CGI assets that align with our client’s brand and marketing objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive project timelines, and ensure seamless integration of CGI into the broader marketing and product strategies. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to explore emerging GenAI tools to optimize workflows and elevate creative output. What you will be doing: 

  • Lead the end-to-end management of CGI projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality assets. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop CGI solutions that align with our client’s brand strategy and marketing objectives. 
  • Act as the central communication hub between stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and continuous engagement throughout project lifecycles. 
  • Oversee CGI production workflows, managing timelines, resources, and budgets while optimizing efficiency and maintaining quality. 
  • Leverage data insights and industry trends to drive innovation in CGI production, ensuring assets enhance brand storytelling and consumer engagement. 
  • Explore and implement GenAI tools where applicable to improve production workflows, increase efficiency, and expand creative possibilities. 
  • Maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure CGI outputs meet the cleint’s brand standards, technical accuracy, and creative vision. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving project challenges proactively while maintaining strategic alignment. 
  • Stay ahead of emerging CGI and AI-driven production trends, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to push creative boundaries. 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • 7+ years of experience in project management within CGI, animation, or a related creative field. 
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects with precision, efficiency, and creativity. 
  • Strong knowledge of CGI production pipelines, software, and tools such as KeyShot or similar rendering platforms. 
  • Ability to align CGI projects with broader company objectives and market trends, driving innovation and visual storytelling excellence. 
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions. 
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate creative and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. 
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools for CGI production is a plus, with a willingness to explore their potential to enhance creative workflows. 
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and outsourcing partnerships to ensure seamless project execution. 
  • Highly detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining precision, consistency, and quality in CGI production. 
  • A background in consumer product visualization, homecare, or related industries is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects with precision, efficiency, and creativity. 
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor project managers and staff to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Manage performance evaluations and development plans.
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $93,500.00 to $104,500.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
