Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Program & Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end program and project timelines focused on improving the customer experience in wireless retail locations; from planning to execution, ensure the projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and on budget
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a central point of contact and liaison between multiple teams, including business operations, retail partners, marketing, technology, and customer service, to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
  • Customer Experience Focus: Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey across retail wireless locations and implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and elevate the brand experience
  • Retail Store Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail stores to ensure successful program implementation and foster a culture of collaboration; act as the primary point of contact for store-level feedback, ensuring that their insights and needs are reflected in project execution
  • Mystery Shop Programs: Oversee and manage mystery shopping programs to assess and improve the customer experience in retail wireless locations; analyze results, identify trends, and work with cross-functional partners to implement targeted improvements
  • Research & Development: Conduct market research and business case analysis to develop and refine program strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency in retail wireless environments
  • Project Tracking & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and milestones; track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that all blockers are addressed proactively
  • Problem Solving & Risk Management: Actively identify and address challenges that may impact project success, including resource constraints, process inefficiencies, or external dependencies; work to mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly
  • Business Case Development & Follow-Up: As new business cases are presented, collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives; follow up on action items, track deliverables, and ensure that timelines and expectations are met
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to retail locations may be required to oversee project execution, ensure alignment with stakeholders, and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve the overall customer experience


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in the wireless, telecommunications, or retail industry


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of wireless retail operations and customer experience
  • Proven ability to develop and manage program/project timelines from conception to execution
  • Experience managing retail engagement programs and leveraging mystery shop data to drive operational improvements
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day operational details
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support project implementation
  • Familiarity with project management software (HIVE) is a plus

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
