Our clients include 300+ of the world’s leading asset managers, fund managers, asset servicers, pension and insurance funds, wealth managers, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds.

The Customer & Commercial Insights team uses corporate data to build internally used data products for the entire company. We deliver, deploy, and maintain a plethora of vital data products such as dashboards, predictive models, web apps, and ad-hoc analyses that are used by all parts of the organization. This helps our colleagues to increase their productivity and thus our customers’ satisfaction, as well as to make better decisions that increase our revenue. Most importantly, we are involved in the entire life cycle of the data product and don’t hand over Proof of Concepts. We develop and deploy all our solutions inhouse, collaborating with several stakeholders within the organization.

We are a growing team that looks to scale its services across the organization, especially in the area of AI. For this, we are in search of a Project Manager who can deliver analytics and AI solutions to our internal business stakeholders. We look for a bold and pragmatic problem solver with good communication skills. You will work in an agile and international team which delivers value to the business with much curiosity and fun.

The role has 12-month fixed-term contract with a possibility to extend the employment.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Understand the business use case of internal stakeholders, e.g., what business problem they are trying to solve using analytics/AI

  • Identify requirements with internal business stakeholders using ideation techniques

  • Translate requirements into concrete goals and deliverables for the analytics team

  • Create tasks and deliverables in DevOps and prioritize

  • Follow up on deliverables and timelines

  • Manage business stakeholders and coordinate with analytics experts

  • Define adoption and other success metrics

  • Ensure quality of delivery on projects

  • Manage user, technical, legal, security and other requirements

  • Organize after project activities to ensure adoption of delivered solutions 

What we value (our requirements):

  • Master’s degree in business, economics, computer science, statistics, or any other relevant field

  • Min. 4 years of experience in managing projects, background in managing analytics/AI-projects

  • Experience with project management methodologies/tools

  • Advanced verbal and written communication in English

  • Extensive knowledge and previous experience in analytics and AI solutions/methods

  • Strong skills in managing internal business stakeholders, understanding their business problems and deducting requirements

  • Must have a very strong business acumen and a problem solver mentality

  • Curious and a quick learner

  • Experience/Knowledge in the investment management industry would be beneficial
