Senior Project Executive, Brand Creative

Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Project Executive to support project and timeline management of design projects in the Brand Creative team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will work with functional teams to understand project details and provide support and solutions to ensure project launch success. Your key responsibilities include managing design tasks for retail pop-ups, brand and product campaigns, CoLabs, and evergreen projects, and ensuring successful project launches across both online and offline platforms.

Job Description

• Oversee project and timeline management to align project requirements and timelines (launch dates, sample readiness, retail/pop-up plans, social media schedules, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with the design team throughout the entire design process (concept, case design, product shoots, retail launch)
• Partner with the Retail Operations Team and designers to develop and execute content plans for retail stores, events, and flagship store activations
• Maintain organized systems and efficient communication, especially when working under pressure and with a diverse, international team
• Proactively identify and resolve issues
• Provide regular project updates to the Senior Project Manager
  

Requirement

• 3+ years of relevant working experience - experience working in event planning/design agencies, marketing firms, or advertising agencies is preferred
• Proficiency in Google Workplace (Slide, Sheet, & Docs) and macOS system (Keynote & Number)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop)
• Experience working as a Producer is a plus
• Experience managing cross-timezone projects is a plus
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to convey project briefs effectively
• Strong project management skills and incredible attention to detail
• Able to quickly spot issues and provide alternative solutions
• Collaborative team player who can work effectively with internal teams
• Agile to changes, self-motivated and comfortable to work in a dynamic environment, and be agile to changes
