What does a Senior Project Associate do?

  • Provide seamless onsite event support and participation when needed 
  • Oversee the daily management of automotive events and sponsorships, including communication, timelines, and logistical execution  
  • Possess the self-confidence to work directly with clients to provide clear communications regarding roles and responsibilities, budget and schedules for assigned programs
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities, evaluating opportunities, negotiating the best deal for the client, executing the events and ensuring that a results summary is complete
  • Schedule regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Deliver flawlessly on assigned project components, including: inputting and monitoring data into internal systems, complete budget management, lead generation processes, status reports and maintain lists of action items to ensure deadlines are met 
  • Take initiative to identify what needs to be done, follows through on required actions and takes accountability

What we require:

  • 2-4 years agency and project experience, preferably in event marketing
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong presentation, communication/writing skills
  • Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with team members
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments at once, utilizing highly efficient time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Microsoft Access, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated self-starter who can build great client relationships
