Job Description

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Group Manager, Application Development, the Senior Programmer Analyst will design, write and maintain processes related to our CRM ecosystem; develop specific computer and business expertise necessary to provide computerized solutions and maintenance to assigned project/system areas.

What you do:

• Code, maintain, test, and debug subsystems to ensure high-quality and efficient solutions.
• Provide strategic input on system changes, focusing on feasibility, maintainability, and cost/benefit analysis.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications and solutions.
• Lead the development strategy for business components interacting with the CRM ecosystem.
• Research and recommend innovative architectural solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Establish and enforce best practices for design, development, deployment, and system performance.
• Administer and manage the Salesforce platform, including configuration, deployment, and monitoring.
• Lead technical resources, ensuring quality deliverables in a project context.
• Propose and anticipate system changes and new technologies to stay competitive.
• Participate in “on-call” application support, as needed.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• University/College degree in computer science (equivalent)
• 8 years experience working as a developer (a must)
• Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL
• Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce is an asset)
• Experience with Informatica is an asset
• Versatility across multiple applications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (French/English written and verbal)
