Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience leading transformation projects in the financial sector
- Proven experience in rebranding, digital transformation, or post-merger/acquisition integration projects
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or Asana
- Advanced knowledge of PMI, Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to assess the financial, technological, and operational impacts of projects
- Knowledge of financial regulations in Chile and international best practices
- Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams in dynamic and high-demand environments
- Communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders at different levels, both in Spanish and English
- Results-oriented approach, ensuring the efficient execution of projects within defined timelines and budgets
- Adaptability and resilience to changes and challenges in the financial environment
- Strategic thinking and continuous improvement focus, with the ability to propose innovative solutions
- University degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
- Desirable certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or SAFe Agile

Responsibilities
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee rebranding and organizational change projects within the financial sector, ensuring compliance with strategic objectives, budgets, and deadlines
- Leadership and Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams, including IT, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations, ensuring effective alignment among all involved areas
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with applicable regulatory frameworks in Chile, as well as international standards (e.g., CMF regulations and global regulatory requirements, if applicable)
- Project Management Methodologies: Implement and promote the use of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, Lean) to optimize execution and monitoring of initiatives
- Change Management: Identify organizational impacts resulting from projects and develop communication and training strategies to ensure effective adoption of changes
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams and external providers, ensuring clear and effective communication in both Spanish and English
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the implementation of strategic projects, minimizing disruptions to business operations
