Why this job’s a big deal:

Our team builds point-to-point automation, maintains productivity software, and improves the suite of enterprise applications used to support all functional teams (Product, Project Management, Tech Infrastructure, Finance, Customer Care, Human Resources, Marketing, and more) to work seamlessly and remotely from anywhere on the planet. These tools include Snaplogic, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and more!

In addition to traditional productivity tools, this role will have a special focus on administering and optimizing AI-driven systems like ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean, and Gemini AI. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping how AI is integrated into our enterprise, empowering teams to increase their efficiency and make smarter decisions. The AI aspect of this role offers a unique opportunity to be a well-known figure across the organization, serving as the go-to expert for all things AI.

In this role you will get to:

  • Build and maintain IPAAS point-to-point API automation, creating rule-based integrations between tools such as JIRA, Workday, Slack, Active Directory, Concur, and increasingly, AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT Enterprise and Glean.

  • Administer, configure, and optimize AI systems to align with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring these tools are leveraged to their full potential across all departments.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to interpret and implement business requirements, while also driving AI adoption and troubleshooting daily operational incidents.

  • Serve as the resident AI expert, staying current on the latest AI developments and continuously seeking out ways to implement new technologies that enhance productivity across the enterprise.

  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations across a variety of SAAS tools, with a focus on automating and optimizing workflows through AI.

  • Provide technical expertise, guidance, and strategic recommendations on both traditional productivity tools and AI systems, helping the company stay ahead of technology trends.

Who you are:

  • Experienced in building IPAAS integrations with tools such as Snaplogic, Informatica, Talend, Jitterbit, Mulesoft, DELL Boomi, or similar, with a strong interest in AI-driven automation and workflows.

  • Experienced in administering and configuring AI platforms like ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean, or Gemini AI, or eager to grow your expertise in these areas.

  • A fast-paced and adaptive learner of new technologies, particularly in AI, who will take ownership of both enterprise productivity tools and the cutting-edge AI systems we are adopting.

  • Proficient in working with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and SQL, with an interest in integrating these with AI APIs and platforms.

  • Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting operational and end-user incidents across both traditional and AI-driven systems, providing timely and innovative solutions.

  • Able to evaluate emerging technologies, including the latest AI tools, ensuring technical solutions are compatible with the company's business needs and strategic objectives.

  • A strong communicator with the ability to present complex technical concepts—particularly around AI—to all levels of management, helping to evangelize the benefits and possibilities AI can offer.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage IPAAS tools vendors to investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues, including those related to AI systems, and actively pursue mechanisms for preventing or automating the response to reoccurrences.

  • Improve customer service and satisfaction by enhancing both traditional and AI-powered tools to maximize team productivity.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing AI-related service requests and projects via Jira Ticketing System, while documenting key learnings and processes in Confluence.

  • Provide technical training to teams, helping them fully leverage AI tools in their daily workflows and increasing overall AI adoption across the company.

Qualification/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five years of related experience, with a strong interest in AI tools and integrations.

  • Experience with or desire to develop expertise in AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean, Gemini AI, or similar systems.

  • Industry IPAAS technical certifications are desirable but not required.
