Job Description – Senior Developer (backend)
Industry Experience: 8-10 yrs.
Remit
- Development and release of Belgium products
- Providing support and mentoring junior staff
- Reviewing code
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders to determine the scope and requirements of software projects
- Develop high-quality, efficient, reusable, and reliable visual C++ code
- Experience in building on-premises applications
- Implement performance optimization, security, debugging, and testing tools
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in visual C++ development
The following mandatory skill set is required for the engineer:
- Proven experience as a visual C++ developer
- Proficient in using Microsoft Visual Studio IDE and other development tools
- Familiarity with Windows API, MFC, COM/DCOM, ATL/WTL libraries
- Writing Unit Tests
- Use of Mocking Frameworks.
Other Important Skills:
Solution Design, follow Code review practices, Application Architecture
