The Crown Is Yours

We are scaling rapidly and are seeking a Senior Product Researcher to join our dynamic Sportsbook team. This role is critical in driving a deep understanding of our users and shaping exceptional customer experiences through data-driven insights. You will work closely with product managers, designers, analytics, and operations to inform decision-making and optimize the user experience for millions of passionate sports fans.

What you’ll do as a Senior Product Researcher

  • Design, plan, and execute end-to-end user research initiatives, utilizing a mix of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, such as usability testing, interviews, surveys

  • Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle

  • Partner with product managers, product designers, analysts, and operations partners to integrate research insights and improve the customer experience

  • Communicate actionable insights and recommendations through reports and presentations

  • Dive deep into customer needs and motivations to identify pain points and opportunities for delight

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to benchmark best practices and innovations

What you’ll bring

  • Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience as a hands-on researcher for digital products, preferably in a lead role or central point of contact for a large product area with many stakeholders 

  • Expertise in a wide range of user research methods and tools, including customer interviews, usability testing, surveys (ideally some knowledge of MaxDiff methodology)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights and recommendations

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership

  • Familiarity with research tools such as UserTesting, Alchemer, and Dovetail

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field
