About the team

The Product Operations team Careem plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning and optimization of the company's products and services. This team serves as a bridge across departments - product development, commercial, marketing, and operations - driving collaboration and alignment.

What you'll do

  • Content Setup & Strategy: Set up and manage content on the food app, leading the content strategy to ensure consistency and relevance.
  • Content Synchronization: Maintain alignment across all in-app content sources, ensuring seamless experiences for users.
  • Performance Monitoring & Scaling through: Track and evaluate content performance post-launch, iterating and scaling up based on insights.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, marketing, and other teams to identify opportunities, provide product support, and coordinate product and feature releases.
  • Develop & Optimize Processes: Monitor product performance to spot gaps and inefficiencies, work with various teams to develop solutions, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Program/Project Management: Be a resourceful multitasker, supporting cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, tech support, and marketing.
  • Develop Relationships: Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient, collaborative efforts.
  • Data-driven Insights: Perform analysis to evaluate feature performance and assess opportunities for new improvements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to align the platform with customer expectations.

  • You’ll be working in the location you’re hired from. Due to legal and compensation considerations, you will need to be based out of the country you’re hired from as your primary work location.
