Purpose of Position

  • We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Marketing Associate to join our team and help drive successful product launches. In this role, you will report to the Product Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with all marketing functions to develop and lead demand-generation initiatives. You will also support business and market analytics.
  • The ideal candidate is a hands-on product evangelist with a strong passion for CASETiFY products and a proven ability to tell compelling product stories. You should have a good understanding of and experience in marketing innovative products and strong business management skills, including the ability to uncover consumer insights that inform business decisions.

Job Description

  • Plays a critical role in the development of the annual marketing & business plans, providing valuable input and outlining opportunities and actions that lead to growth and category leadership.
  • Collects and proactively shares market research insights, including competitors, market share, trends, and consumer behavior
  • Gathers insights to assist the E-Commerce and Retail team in enhancing customer centricity
  • Analyzes and summarizes key developments related to the competitive landscapes
  • Visualizes insights and data in an aesthetically pleasing way and creates formal presentations that help lead group discussions on products
  • Coordinate the external campaign messaging with the copywriter to deliver consistent communication across channels
  • Provides support to the PR team for press briefings, analyst discussions, and influencers, helping to address technical requests and questions as required
  • Gathers local customer, developer, and partner requirements to help inform future product development
  • Follows emerging technology, consumer, and societal trends closely and recommends how products will be used or fit into those trends

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of direct relevant marketing experience
  • Experience collaborating with data & insights teams to derive actionable insights
  • Experience in project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
  • Comfortable with oral and written communication, including occasional meeting facilitation and making persuasive presentations to leadership
  • Proven track record of integrating into learning and leading in new culture settings (international, industry, etc.)
  • Highly consumer-obsessed, passionate about tech & lifestyle consumer goods
  • Wants to be part of a collaborative team environment across all levels of an organization
  • Curiosity, patience, and ability to be comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Candidates with less experience could be considered as Associate level
