Senior Product Manager- KYC Screening Service
Adyen is at the forefront of embedded financial services, empowering enterprise businesses, marketplaces, and SaaS companies with seamless financial solutions. As our Senior Product Manager for KYC Screening Service, you won't just manage compliance – you'll be instrumental in redefining trust and security across our global platform.
Imagine leading the charge in crafting and implementing a cutting-edge product strategy and roadmap for Sanctions, PEP, and Criminality screenings, integrated across Adyen's entire suite of financial products. You'll navigate the ever-evolving landscape of regulations designed to keep fraud and financial crime out of the system, transforming this complexity into a seamless, secure, and remarkably frictionless experience for our valued customers.
Become the vital link between our expert Compliance, efficient Operations, and brilliant Engineering teams. Your deep understanding will translate intricate regulatory demands into innovative product features, solidifying Adyen's position as an industry leader in compliance and risk management.
What you’ll do:
- Define the Vision & Strategy - You'll architect and champion a long-term product vision and roadmap for our screening service, expertly balancing regulatory compliance, robust risk management, and an intuitive user experience.
- Customer Focus - You'll be their unwavering advocate, deeply understanding and actively minimizing any friction they face, using their valuable feedback to shape our product evolution.
- Lead Product Execution - You'll translate ambitious strategic objectives into tangible product initiatives, masterfully driving end-to-end delivery from initial concept to successful launch, all while ensuring seamless alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration - You'll forge strong partnerships with Compliance, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Business teams, collaboratively designing and implementing solutions that elegantly meet both critical regulatory demands and evolving customer needs.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends - You'll stay ahead of the curve, meticulously monitoring the dynamic world of global screening regulations, exploring emerging technologies, and adopting industry best practices to proactively adapt our frameworks and set new, higher standards.
- Measure & Optimize Performance - You'll establish clear key success metrics, rigorously analyze product performance, and iterate strategically based on data-driven insights to continuously elevate the screening service's performance and optimize operational efficiency.
- Innovate for Efficiency - You'll explore and implement groundbreaking solutions that significantly reduce operational effort and streamline intricate screening processes, empathizing with our Operations team to alleviate their workload and empower their success.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of proven Product Management experience, expertly guiding products and features through their entire lifecycle, from initial spark to impactful reality. Bonus points for experience with API and platform products and a solid grasp of onboarding and related regulations.
- Your focus on customer experience is unwavering. You possess the remarkable ability to thoughtfully challenge and debate critical issues, always striving for the optimal outcome for our customers.
- You are data-driven to your core, wielding strong analytical skills to transform complex information into actionable insights.
- Visionary leadership, capable of defining and articulating a compelling product strategy and inspiring stakeholders to embrace it, while simultaneously thriving in the dynamic execution of that vision.
- You are a master collaborator, working seamlessly with engineers to build highly complex and scalable products that push boundaries.
- You thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments, skillfully navigating ambiguity and adeptly balancing competing demands and limited resources with grace and efficiency.
- Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate complex financial and technical concepts with clarity and engage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring informed decision-making and shared understanding of progress.
- Experience in the payments, platforms, and/or financial services industry is a significant plus, giving you a head start in understanding our unique ecosystem.
