We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our innovative products.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and market needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Customer Success, and business stakeholders, to drive product development.
- Conduct market research, analyze user behavior, and gather feedback to improve product performance.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and customer needs.
- Create and maintain templates, workflows, and frameworks for product planning
- Own the full product lifecycle – from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Define KPIs and measure product success, iterating as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS, B2B, or tech-driven company.
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend and lead complex software ecosystems, particularly those featuring extensive third-party integrations and architectures designed for significant scale
- Methodical professional with the ability to analyze the end-to-end technical implications of system changes across multiple interconnected use cases
- Experience in designing and managing UI for administrator interfaces, with a strong user-centric mindset, and keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience working with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Background in hospitality tech, travel, or marketplace platforms – a plus.
- Development Background- a plus.
- Quick and self-learner, self-organized.
- JIRA proficiency.
- Excellent leadership and personal skills
- Very high verbal and written English - A must
