About the Senior Product Manager role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our expanding team in London. The Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our white-labeled back-office solutions platform, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, client needs, and regulatory requirements.
You will drive innovation, automation and scalability to deliver impactful solutions in reconciliation, scheme reporting, compliance, chargeback management, and more through collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
What you will be doing as a Senior Product Manager
- Defining roadmaps, prioritising features and executing strategies that align with business objectives
- Leading efforts to automate reconciliation processes and enhancing chargeback management, driving operational efficiency and minimising client losses.
- Use analytics to define KPIs, track product performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Leading cross-functional teams and acting as the product ambassador to drive initiatives forward
- Tailoring platform features for client needs while ensuring core product integrity
- Addressing client pain points, ensuring solutions are tailored to specific needs and delivering maximum value
- Keeping up with the competitive landscape including reconciliation, reporting and dispute management
What you will bring to the Senior Product Manager position
- Strong background in Product Management, especially within the payments industry
- Expertise in back-office operations, chargebacks, regulatory compliance and platform integration
- Familiarity with frameworks like Visa QOC, Mastercard QMR and card network compliance
- Proven experience collaborating across different teams and business areas
- Experience with financial reconciliation platforms would be a massive advantage
