Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Senior Product Manager is to lead in the development of our casino management systems from the ground up.

The Senior Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and users, owning end-to-end product management processes, including the development of clear user stories, product specifications, regulatory documentation, and roadmaps.  The Senior Product Manager will define product vision, and prioritize features, ensuring the implementation of modern technologies and best practices.  This role reports to the Executive Director of Product Management.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s policies, practices, and procedures. All Las Vegas Sands Corp. Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute product roadmap, prioritizing features based on impact, end-user needs and technical feasibility, while ensuring business objective alignment.

  • Documentation: Translate high-level requirements into actionable user stories, create comprehensive PRD documents, product specifications, and roadmaps.

  • Execution & Delivery: Manage & prioritize product backlog, support Agile processes (sprint planning, stand ups, etc.), track and analyze KPIs, stakeholder feedback and product performance to drive continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.

  • Industry Insight: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, including streamlined user experiences, competitive analysis, and emerging tech in the casino space.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with end users, product teams, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure product alignment.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and standards within the casino gaming industry.

  • User-Centered Design: Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that the system provides a seamless and engaging experience.

  • Perform job duties in a safe manner.

  • Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age.

  • Proof of authorization to work in the United States.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy. 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the gaming industry. 

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams. 

  •  Strong knowledge of Casino Systems (may include Patron Management, Cage & Credit, Tables, etc.)

  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and user experience. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to:

  • Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust.

  • Utilize laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the job.
