About the Team

Checkmarx One enables seamless integration with your favorite tools. We provide a robust CLI tool that enables you to access full Checkmarx One functionality via the CLI. We also provide dedicated plugins for integration into many popular IDEs, such as JetBrains, VScode, and more, as well as CI/CD platforms. In addition, we support full integration with most code repositories.

What are we looking for?

We seek a senior product manager with strong inbound and outbound capabilities to join the Checkmarx Product Management team. This role requires a vision for delivering impactful customer experiences, a broad understanding of the developer’s role and daily activities, and the value he needs to complete these KPIs.

The product manager needs to be collaborative, data-driven, action-focused, and comfortable interacting with customers globally. The ideal candidate will have a solid mix of technical and business skills, the ability to transition between working with development teams, design teams, instructional content creation teams, customers, and field-facing teams. Experience with working in a fast startup environment within a corporation is a huge advantage.

How will you make an impact?​

· Initiate product strategy, roadmap, and thought leadership by profoundly understanding the developer’s role and needs while aligning with Checkmarx’s overall strategy.

· Execute the roadmap with a large team of developers, QA partners, and Program Manager, to provide value to

· Work with the Head of Product Management to define and prioritize a backlog of work, including creating epics and user stories. Be data-driven in prioritizing features and quality improvements.

· Collaborate with customer developers, sales, R&D, support, and other product managers to deliver product releases aligned with business needs and with Checkmarx’s unified platform-based portfolio products for an integrated end-user experience.

Requirements

· At least seven years of work experience as a product manager – a must

· Experience with technical products – a must

· Experience in working with B2B SaaS/Cloud products

· Strong inbound capabilities - Prior experience working with software developers and communicating technical requirements to the development team and other product units. Working with a large team of R&D, PGM, and QA partners.

· Outbound skills – experience with working with top-tier clients.

· Strong technical background and practical understanding of CI/CD and CLI tools.

· Hands-on experience as a developer Being familiar with work in various IDEs - JetBrains, VScode, and VS - Advantage

· Experience with agile methodologies and an MVP approach, preferably from working in a startup company

· Demonstrated intense, structured, and data-driven problem-solving and prioritization skills for multi-dimensional problems
