Senior Product Manager

The mission of HALO Precision Diagnostics is to improve human health and well-being via local and easy access to advanced diagnostics. HALO Precision Diagnostics has a unique approach bringing together pioneers in the fields of radiology and software development to create unparalleled levels of services and patient outcomes. Leveraging technology and collaborating with our own medical imaging doctors and centers, we will make an impact on a personal level for each patient and their family, as well as raise the standard for improved accuracy in diagnostics.

As a product team, we’re at the forefront of that mission, as we understand and evolve the way radiology works. We build products that are reshaping the diagnostic imaging industry. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a critical product area within our company. You will be the focal point for all decisions related to your product, working closely with stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to define and execute the product vision. This role is an individual contributor position with significant cross-functional influence. 


What you will do as a Senior Product Manager at HALO?

  • Strategic leadership: Act as the primary decision-maker for your product, aligning initiatives with business goals.
  • Market & customer insights: Develop a deep understanding of the market, competition, customer needs, and business drivers.
  • Cross-departmental initiatives: Lead projects involving multiple teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution.
  • Product development: Work closely with R&D and Design to scope, define, and develop product features.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Define and monitor key KPIs, leveraging BI insights to turn data into impactful actions.
  • Customer & usability research: Conduct interviews, usability tests, and other research to ensure an excellent user experience.


Who You’ll Work With? 

You will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Billing, and Finance, ensuring that your product aligns with both technical and business requirements. You’ll also engage with company executives and other key stakeholders to drive strategy and execution. 


What do you need to succeed?

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, user research, and data analytics.
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or finance is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to translate business needs into product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

After 1 Month: 

  • You’ll have a solid understanding of the product, company goals, and strategy.
  • You’ll have met key stakeholders and begun contributing to ongoing projects.

After 3 Months: 

  • You’ll be leading ongoing initiatives, successfully launching new features, and influencing the product roadmap.
  • You’ll be deeply engaged in data-driven decision-making and customer insights.

After 6 Months: 

  • You’ll be driving the product strategy for your area of responsibility.
  • You’ll have delivered measurable impact, defined the roadmap, and shaped the future of the product.
