This role will join a team at Zillow Home Loans, responsible for building digital experiences and tools that enable our partner real estate agents and loan officers to collaborate more effectively, providing a seamless and integrated transaction experience for our customers. As part of the team, you will work on creating an exceptional experience within Zillow Home Loans for our partner agents, making it the top choice for their mortgage lending needs which will ultimately drive substantial growth for our business. The team operates at the intersection of Zillow’s existing business, Premier Agent, and our fast-growing mortgage business, creating new opportunities for collaboration and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming the future of real estate transactions on our customer-focused team.

  • Deliver impact and results by defining success metrics, analyzing data for insights, prioritizing what to build, and coordinating with partner teams to align efforts to business strategies

  • Communicate and collaborate by articulating the “why” and "what" customer problem to solve, working with others, and balancing their point of view with solicited input of others

  • Inform strategy by monitoring competitors, understanding customer needs and technical designs of products to serve them

  • Mobilize your teams to do their best work by providing clear direction, handling dependencies, removing roadblocks and applying effective operating rhythms

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $145,500.00 - $232,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of end-to-end B2C or B2B product management experience, with a focus on building technology products

  • Develop a vision, product strategy and roadmap for our pay for performance product offering based on a deep understanding of the needs of our enterprise partner segment

  • Develop, test and scale monetization strategies for marketplace business growth including competitor analysis, pricing models and customer segmentation

  • Collaborates cross-functionally across multiple teams (Engineering, UX/Design, Analytics etc.), estimating level of effort, identifying dependencies, and resource needs

  • Balances strategic priorities, business goals, user needs, technical feasibility, and time to market to define impactful product solutions

  • Strong written and verbal communication and team management skills, the ability to simplify complex topics, and comfort presenting at all levels of the organization

  • You're conversant in ecommerce including UX design and qualitative/quantitative data analysis to drive product decisions

  • Leverages expertise and shares standard methodologies to grow and develop Product Manager's within their team
