Now, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us in the next chapter of growth as our brand expands and we bring new products to market.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with airSlate products
  • Develop and prioritize strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve product OKRs
  • Generate, validate, and iterate on product hypotheses
  • Launch and analyze A/B tests, reporting on expected and actual outcomes to drive data-driven decisions
  • Conduct user interviews and analyze customer feedback to guide product improvements
  • Work closely with analytics to measure and optimize product performance across key funnels
  • Partner with EMs, UX writers, designers, technical support, and stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Actively participate in roadmap planning and backlog grooming sessions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Strong expertise in roadmap creation, backlog management, and prioritization techniques
  • Proven track record of hypothesis generation, A/B testing, and analyzing results
  • Experience in conducting user interviews
  • Proficiency in working with data
  • Deep understanding of product funnels and key metric
  • Developed soft skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with engineering workflows and processes
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or higher)

Would be a plus experience with:

  • Document editing domains/e-signature/workflow automation
  • Experience in SaaS products
  • Proficiency in SQL
