We’re expanding our team, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to jump in and help us scale fast. What you’ll do

  • Report directly to and collaborate with the CEO to establish product strategy for our consumer mobile application, vendor application and internal tools
  • Lead the ideation, research, design, development, launch and testing of user-centric experiences
  • Deeply understand user needs through regularly conducting, extensive detailed user research
  • Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
  • Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users
  • Develop product roadmaps, prioritizing the highest value features and building alignment around the roadmap across the executive team, key stakeholders and engineering
  • Analyze metrics that inform product success 

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience with complex consumer internet products, marketplaces a plus 
  • Experience working on a lean product management team (<5 people)  at a quickly growing early stage startup (<200 people) 
  • Experience reporting to executive leadership team, and translating product strategy to executives, investors and other key stakeholders 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, stay cool under pressure, and know how to prioritize when everything feels important.
  • Deeply plugged into consumer technology trends, experience building gen AI based applications a plus 
  • Strong analytical skills and able to dive into qualitative and quantitative metrics and make recommendations rooted in data
  • You’re excited to work out of our LA, SF, or NY offices, with a preference for our LA headquarters.

We’re scaling quickly, and this role will play a huge part in our success.The total compensation for this position includes a competitive base salary, equity, comprehensive health benefits, and the potential for performance-based bonuses. We believe in rewarding hard work and hustle, and we want you to share in the success you help create.

Salary Range: $170,000- $220,000
