About the Role:

In the role of Senior Product Manager for the BetKing product, you'll spearhead efforts to not only grow our current offerings but also innovate for scalability and entry into new markets. Your focus will include enhancing our company vertical across mobile web and app channels. You will be pivotal in using customer and product insights, along with market trends, to identify and solve pressing customer problems, thereby enhancing user experience and driving business success. This role demands a keen analytical mind, a penchant for experimentation, and a deep understanding of customer data to lead product strategies that make our customers truly happy.

What You Do:

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap focused on immediate growth and future expansion, leveraging data and customer feedback to guide decision-making.
  • Implement product strategies that align with company goals, with a keen eye on multi-tenancy and geographic expansion.
  • Harness an analytical and experimental approach to problem-solving, constantly seeking to understand customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Produce detailed product requirements and criteria, effectively communicating complex ideas to stakeholders and ensuring clarity across teams.
  • Foster a strong relationship with engineering teams, motivating them through ambitious targets and supporting them in complex project execution.
  • Prioritize swift, decisive action, taking ownership of product KPIs and driving initiatives forward with speed and precision.
  • Act as a champion for customer satisfaction and data-driven decisions, embodying the company's consumer-focused ethos in every aspect of your work.

What You Need for This Role:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management within the online igaming space, with a proven track record of successful product growth and innovation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the online igaming market.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with experience in experimentation and A/B testing to refine product offerings.
  • Proficiency in collaborative and workshop facilitation tools, adept at leading problem discovery and ideation sessions.
  • Fluent in translating technical requirements for non-technical audiences, bridging gaps between business needs and engineering capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • A commitment to fast-paced execution, a low-ego approach, and a deep empathy for customers.
