Senior Product Manager - Wallet

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our blockchain wallet product strategy, roadmap, and execution. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Web3 and crypto, along with a strong background in product strategy and technical execution. This is a key role in driving the performance and growth of our wallet offering, where you will define and execute the product roadmap while collaborating with developers, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Your Impact 

Product Strategy:

• Lead product strategy and demonstrate thought leadership in wallet innovations to ensure our solutions deliver maximum customer value.

Product Vision:

• Define, communicate, and align a clear product vision with company objectives and evolving market trends.

Product Delivery & Execution:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and launch wallet features, ensuring timely product milestones and the continuous improvement of the wallet experience.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability within the wallet infrastructure.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in the Web3 space.

Analytics & Iteration:

• Use data-driven insights to evaluate product performance, making informed decisions to enhance user experience and drive adoption.

Strategic Communication:

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture across engineering, business, and other teams to support product development and innovation.

Role Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in blockchain wallets, fintech, or the crypto industry.

• Strong technical background (computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience), with in-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Layer 2 solutions.

• Experience with non-custodial wallets, key management, DeFi integrations, and understanding how these technologies support decentralization.

• Proven track record of successfully collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and create a culture of inclusion and openness.

• Passion for blockchain technology and the decentralized ecosystem, with a keen interest in advancing the Web3 space.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous experience with full ownership of product lifecycles, from conception to launch, and demonstrated success in scaling Web3 products.

• Experience working with institutional or enterprise-grade crypto wallets and familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations for crypto wallets.

• Knowledge of account abstraction, smart contract wallets, and how they are transforming the blockchain ecosystem.

• Experience in driving growth and adoption strategies for Web3 products, and familiarity with UX/UI principles for blockchain applications.

• Experience with risk management, security best practices, and ensuring the security of crypto products.

Pay range is $180,000-$230,000.  Salary ranges are based on role, level, and location. The range shown reflects the target minimum and maximum for the role across all U.S. locations. Actual pay is determined by location, skills, and relevant experience.
