Title and Summary


Senior Product Manager Technical

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Technology, Strategy & Transformation (TST) Program. This role focuses on rolling out data quality initiatives and helping programs exceed data excellence standards, enabling finance to better track and account for work done across the company. A key responsibility of this position is the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, collaborating across various programs and teams to ensure the successful delivery of outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have product manager technical experience, data analytics would be a plus, with some project management expertise. some experience in leading across multiple programs. The following skills and competencies are highly valued:
• Work with Program Stakeholders: Work closely with program stakeholders to help them understand how their data influences various processes and to ensure programs maintain high standards of data quality.
• Effective Communicate: Clearly and consistently communicate progress to stakeholders, senior management, and team members.
• Data Analytics Expertise: Apply a data analytics mindset to convert raw data into actionable insights, with a framework for addressing any data exceptions.
• Data Visualizations: Experience with reporting metrics and creating dashboards using tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred.
• Relationships Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members, fostering trust and credibility across the organization.
• Drive Collaboration: Drive collaboration across teams by influencing decisions and aligning project objectives with broader business goals, even in the absence of direct reporting authority.
• Promote a Culture of Accountability: Foster a culture of accountability by encouraging programs and teams to take ownership of their data
• Leadership Through Influence: Lead by example without formal authority, guiding and motivating team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Results-Oriented: Focus on delivering high-quality outcomes, meeting deadlines, and consistently exceeding stakeholder expectations.
