Our office comes alive on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays! Three times a week, our Bay Area team gathers in our office located in San Francisco's Financial District (580 California St) for All Hands meetings, collaborative sessions, innovation-driven brainstorming, and events that bring us closer together. Our space has everything we need—from cozy rooms for 1:1 mentoring and focused work to larger rooms designed for team activities.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Pricing & Payments team. This team is responsible for driving revenue through global pricing strategy, payment systems, and involuntary churn mitigation. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and user-centric, with experience in delivering high-impact monetization experiments and infrastructure improvements.
Our ideal candidate has a strong growth or data background, potentially starting their career in consulting before transitioning into growth product, payments work, or growth marketing with experience optimizing conversion funnels and subscriber acquisition.
Recent work by this team includes launching international pricing trials (e.g., $1 trials in non-US markets), conducting global price tests, optimizing billing descriptors, implementing price increases, experimenting with billing timing to reduce churn, and working with third-party partners to reduce failed payments via retry logic and optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the Pricing & Payments team

Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and data

Plan, design, and launch pricing and payment experiments from concept to production

Identify opportunities to improve billing success rates and reduce involuntary churn

Analyze product performance and iterate based on data

Deliver measurable business impact across multiple markets

Contribute to broader monetization and product strategy
Requirements
-
5+ years of product management experience in B2C online businesses

Track record of launching impactful monetization or growth initiatives

Deep analytical skills with a strong orientation toward data and experimentation

Experience with conversion optimization and user funnel analysis

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with subscription models and user lifecycle optimization

Startup experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Background in management consulting

Experience in growth product or growth marketing roles

Experience in payments or billing infrastructure, especially in subscription-based businesses
