What will I be doing?

• Define the strategy and roadmap for AI initiatives within the company.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement AI driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, operations, and risk management, to develop and deploy AI tools.
• Lead the integration of AI technologies with existing systems and processes.
• Analyze and use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve AI solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies.
• Ensure that AI solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Work closely with other product teams to ensure that AI solutions meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.

What skills do I need?

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with a focus on AI.
• Experience in the payments ecosystem is a plus.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
• Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship.
• Capable of leading 3rd party API integrations.
• Proficient with data, comfortable using SQL.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to tackle different challenges.
