The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the (Senior) Product Manager Thrombosis (m/f/d) role will make an impact:

  • Be the subject matter expert in the thrombosis landscape, patient journey and develop Viatris as partner of choice in anti-thrombotic care.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the thrombosis portfolio according to product and key account.

  • Lead the cross-functional brand team and establish a growth plan and adoption ladder per account.

  • Analyze market trends and measure performance. Ensure correct forecasting, tracking, and budgeting of thrombosis portfolio.

  • Manage marketing budget and closely monitor performance to meet portfolio margin goals, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all activities.

  • Take responsibility for allocated P&L, and balance between opportunities, resources, and investments.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Develop and create compelling promotional material for the sales force, key account managers, and digital channels.

  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure to drive product success.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Natural Sciences, (Master’s preferred)

  • 3-5 years of profound marketing and/or sales experience in a pharmaceutical company

  • Deep understanding of the Swiss healthcare and thrombosis

  • Digital and omnichannel marketing experience

  • Collaborative work style and ability to develop strong working relationships with various stakeholders within the organization

  • Fluent in German and English (written and oral), French and/or Italian is a plus
