Job Description

As a key member of our Product team, you will:

• Lead the product to success by owning all aspects of the product line, serving as the product evangelist, managing customer requests, enabling sales and marketing with new product capabilities and use cases.
• Work closely with the agile multidisciplinary software development team, product designers, product marketers, and various business stakeholders.
• Lead the entire product development lifecycle, guiding it from initial discovery and detailed software requirement definition to design, development, and successful deployment.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance.
• Engage with both internal and external customers to understand how the product can better enable their business needs. Discuss their business goals, future technology directions, workflows and product use cases.
• Own the development backlog and prioritize it as determined by the business, consumer, and market needs.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager with a successful track record of delivering high-quality software products.
• Proven experience in defining User Stories, UI and UX
• Strong understanding of 3D environments, 3D simulation, or 3D editing tools, like Revit, Blender, or similar 3D software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
• Experience with data-driven product development and using data to inform product decisions
• Passion for technology and a strong desire to build innovative products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written/verbal communication English skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Nice to have

• Experience working in a startup environment

• Experience with Enterprise SaaS products

• Familiarity with the telecommunications market, Digital Twins, Drones, AI, and Computer Vision - an advantage

• MBA or Master degree
