The Role


We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our Core GeoComply product strategy and roadmap alongside the SVP, Geolocation. This position involves working closely with Engineering, product, and Revenue teams to drive the success of our compliance-grade gaming product - GeoComply Core. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, coupled with business acumen, to effectively bridge the gap between technical development and customer needs. Understanding the iGaming landscape is imperative for this role.



Key Responsibilites

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define, refine, and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs. Lead the development and continuous update of the product roadmap, coordinating with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Feature Development & Specifications: Drive the ideation, evaluation, and prioritization of new features, balancing customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility. Make strategic trade-offs to optimize the product portfolio and maximize overall impact. Develop comprehensive product specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Success Metrics: Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and other success metrics to measure product performance. Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions. Develop and implement strategies to drive product growth and scalability, including leveraging heuristics, machine learning models, and high-velocity experimentation.
  • Fraud Detection and Prevention: Collaborate with data scientists and security teams to analyze geolocation data, identify fraud trends, and implement robust preventative measures. Ensure the product incorporates advanced security and fraud detection mechanisms.
  • Customer Engagement/Advocacy: Serve as a primary advocate for enterprise customers, ensuring their feedback and needs are integral to product development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, anticipating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support. Provide regular updates and facilitate feedback loops to ensure alignment and support.
  • Market and Customer Insights: Conduct deep market and customer research to gather insights and validate product concepts. Use data to inform strategic decisions and measure product success. Stay abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including launch plans, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement. Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • UI/UX Design and Evaluation: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the product is intuitive, user-friendly, and meets high design standards. Ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across all product touchpoints, aligning with overall product vision.
  • Security and Privacy: Ensure the product complies with relevant security and privacy regulations. Work with security, legal, and engineering teams to integrate robust data protection and user privacy measures into product design. Continuously review and update security protocols to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Financial and Performance Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Manage product budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Operationalizing: Develop and implement processes to operationalize new product features. Collaborate with support teams to ensure smooth product rollout and ongoing maintenance. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials.
  • Personas: Develop, maintain, and utilize detailed user personas to guide product development and marketing strategies. Ensure that product features and messaging resonate with target users by aligning with their needs and preferences. Update personas based on user feedback and market research.

Who You Are

  • 5-8 years of experience in delivering successful products in a product management role, with a proven track record.
  • 3+ years of experience in the iGaming Industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge and product instincts, with a background in engineering and the ability to make informed product/tech trade-offs.
  • Customer-Centric: Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, utilizing design thinking and a customer-centric approach to product development.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing stakeholders and integration partners.
  • Proactive: A bias for action, with a hands-on approach to addressing issues and taking initiative.
  • Communication: Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Continuous Learning: A commitment to personal and professional growth, with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
