HomeLight is looking for a talented and driven Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our consumer experience and lead conversion strategies. This role touches millions of users and offers the opportunity to directly impact our mission of making every real estate transaction simple, certain, and satisfying.
What You’ll do Here
- Take full ownership of the customer experience and lead conversion across HomeLight’s website, influencing the journey from visitor to referral. You’ll optimize traffic flow, design engaging quiz experiences to increase referrals, and shape our paid marketing strategies (SEM and SEO) to boost lead volume and conversion rates.
- Lead initiatives that significantly enhance client and agent experiences through the application of AI, revolutionizing processes like marketing tech, visitor-to-referral flow, and client interaction touchpoints.
- Ship new features and frequently run experiments across the full client-agent referral funnel, including our Website, Agent Portal, Client Portal, and Agent Mobile App. You’ll also contribute to enhancing our internal CRM to streamline operational flows for our Sales teams.
- Partner with Growth and Sales teams to create seamless end-to-end referral processes, ensuring exceptional interactions between clients, HomeLight sales representatives, and agents. This will involve operational thinking and execution.
- Own and report on strategic KPIs to senior leadership, focusing on metrics such as traffic, activations, conversion rates, revenue, and overall funnel performance.
- Drive the growth of existing consumer products (Agent Matching Referrals, Simple Sale) and explore new revenue-generating opportunities.
- Use user research, performance trends, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of macro-proptech market shifts.
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of experience as a digital Product Manager in the consumer space. Experience in consumer growth or core product roles is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to distill complex operational processes and business strategies into cohesive product strategies and actionable technical requirements.
- Strong analytical thinking with experience handling diverse data sets, including retention, engagement, financial, and competitive data. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with analytics tools.
- A track record of defining and executing roadmaps that achieve business goals while introducing ambitious, innovative product opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to thrive in solo or group projects. Experience communicating effectively with executives, conveying complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner. Experience working effectively with engineering and design teams in agile workflows.
- A meticulous approach to product design and implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with engineers and business partners, fostering productive collaboration.
- Comfortable with writing functional specifications and leveraging data-driven insights to drive decision-making.

The following compensation information is provided to comply with job posting disclosure requirements in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California.
Base Pay Range: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00, base pay will vary depending on several factors, such as the position, location, qualifications of the individual, market conditions, and other operational business requirements.
