We are seeking an innovative and analytical Senior Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of our data-centric initiatives. In this role, you will drive the vision and execution of data products that empower our teams, enhance decision-making, and unlock new growth opportunities. From defining data roadmaps to ensuring the delivery of high-impact analytics solutions, you will be at the forefront of transforming how data shapes our organization.
- Strategic Vision: Envision long-term solutions and anticipate future data needs.
- Insights and Analytics: Translate complex data into actionable insights by analyzing customer behavior, trends, and engagement metrics.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Leverage customer data to map and optimize customer journeys across touchpoints.
- Data Quality and Governance: Implement processes to monitor and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Customer data unification: manage data deduplication, identity resolution, and profile stitching to create a unified view for customers taking into account the business needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Understand the technical landscape of data monitoring and analytics tools.
- Execution Focus: Drive product functionality to completion with a results-oriented attitude.
- Collaborative Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment across business and technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in analytics or data-driven SaaS products.
- Proven expertise in developing data monitoring, analytics, or business intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, visualization techniques, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, agile environment.
