Overview


About the Team - The CoreX team is focused on building the best product experience for our users using the Instacart App. This includes both the interfaces and models that users interact with, as well as the variety of types of selection that can be ordered on Instacart.


About the Role:

Verticals and Gifting: Own the strategy and execution of expanding our selection into new Verticals. These include areas such as Flowers, Apparel, etc. and requires the definition of the strategy, the types of retailers to onboard onto the platform, and the features and experiences to build to make those successful. The role also includes owning the customer gifting experience, meaning how a user can send an Instacart order as a gift to someone and how that process is managed before, during and after the gift delivery.


About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in product management
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast paced startup environment strongly preferred
