What you will achieve
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and build Pfizer's global performance media tech stack. This is a high impact role to own vision, and execution to scale Pfizer's inhouse/ hybrid programmatic media capabilities.
This is a global role, where you will work cross-functionally with Pfizer's performance media, CRM Marketing, engineering, digital, legal, and other product management teams to build products that harmonize business outcomes, e.g., reach, lift, mROI with meaningful experiences for patients and HCPs.
You will help Media and Marketing teams reach new and existing customers using data, targeting, media optimization and AI tooling to drive business impact.
In this role, you will lead:
- Product strategy and roadmap: Lead the end-to-end product management for Pfizer's in-house advertising tech products. Define vision and strategies for ad tech product portfolio, use domain expertise in ad tech to define user personas and their needs and build innovative products that enable marketing and media effectiveness at scale.
- In-housing and scaling: Work with Performance Media, CRM Marketing and Data Science/ Commercial Analytics to evaluate key product and infrastructure requirements for in-housing efforts to influence product prioritization and build vs partner decisions.
- Engineering and Digital Collaboration: Define business and technical requirements to guide a team of engineers and digital stakeholders and manage the program aspects including business reviews and working backward plans. Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation, anticipate, and make trade-offs to balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Continuous Experimentation: Experience in running experiments and proof-of-concept (POC) for new product ideas including setting up high-level test design, objectives and success criteria. Monitor and report on performance, making recommendations for optimizations and improvements.
- Managing Complexity: Comfortable operating in a complex and ambiguous environment, making high-judgment decisions, both with data and with limited/ no data.
Basic Qualifications:
To be successful, you must have a strong product management background, combined with experience in digital advertising and a proven track record of delivering successful ad products.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management within tech industry, working in the AdTech, Digital Media or internet companies.
- Experience in building and managing product ceremonies, writing docs and artifacts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- • Hands-on experience working on a DSP, targeting and audience products in a large tech, Agency, Media or Retail Media company
- • Use of AI/ML in media and Ad tech

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
