The Job in a Nutshell💡
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our AdTech team and drive the growth of our advertising revenue. This role is pivotal to our business, it directly influences monetization, helps customers discover new restaurants, and helps brands grow their customer base and business.
This role has an extremely high and profound impact on our business and app experience, making this role both challenging and rewarding in terms of career growth. You will be responsible for shaping our advertising platform and to deliver solutions that balance business goals with customer delight and experience.
You will work with your own team, and often in collaboration with other tech teams, and you will serve as an internal/external liaison between engineering, design, commercial, and executive management, building Ad solutions that power products which in turn serve millions of customers and tackle critical problems in Ad space.
The role is based in our Riyadh headquarters.
What You Will Do💡
- Define the overall strategy, vision, goals and roadmap to drive Ads revenue growth and deliver clear business impact.
- Gather and use quantitative and qualitative data to create hypotheses and to make informed product decisions. Testing assumptions early to reduce risk.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and research to deeply understand customer needs and build customer-centric products that deliver business impact with a high bar on quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales, operations, and marketing to define GTM strategies, drive execution, monitor product performance, troubleshoot, and to learn & iterate.
- Clearly communicate and champion product plans, insights, and impact across all stakeholders, and effectively uncovering problem spaces to inform product development.
- Perform A/B testing working with product analysts and data scientists to validate and iterate product increments that demonstrate customer and business value.
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager with a track record of partnering with engineering, design, data, and business to deliver successful products at scale.
- Prior experience working closely with business teams and taking ownership of growth metrics.
- Prior experience in independently defining objectives and key results, building 6 month roadmaps and driving execution for a product charter of moderate ambiguity.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining successful relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and execs. Ability to close the loop on multiple concurring complex tasks - all whilst building healthy relationships with stakeholders.
- Data-savvy and strong business acumen.
