Job Description
- Lead and Plant Product Owner for all product family, arise from manufacturing environment until product end of life (EOL).
- Interface in between plant and development for the issue which related to development regardless SW, HW topic.
- To acquire new product knowhow from development center during development phase and transfer to plant during industrialization phase.
- Early involvement in new product development in design location to share plant experiences as lesson learned to prevent repeated issues in various project milestone which would impact SOP.
- Task Force leader and have full authority to assign plant resources in Task Force Team to solving critical plant product related issues.
- Lead and conduct technical training to production line debug technicians / engineers:
- Product Owner for first pass yield (FPY) performance and drive activities to fulfill the yield target set.
- Support analyze and investigate FOR from value stream, identify root-cause or issue owner to eliminate line FOR issues.
- Provide technical support to QMM in Failure Analysis (FA) including 0km and field return analysis.
- To work with development team to define diagnostic tools suitable for failure analysis in production as well as customer return units.
- Provide technical risk assessment in plant level and the justification for the decision on the entire quality issue encounter in value stream.
- Plant lead for entire RPP project and working with RPP team from various location to achieve corporate yearly target RPP saving.
- Plant lead for IDC in difference VS and drive to achieve plant IDC target.
- Automate the engineering solution in order to reduce the potential IDC scrap as well as helping the critical project schedule while facing the majority of the SW/HW technical problem.
- Provide technical assessment during line station buy-off and line release to ensure readiness for manufacturing.
- Support in preparation of technical presentation materiel to management and customer. Cooperate with other relevant departments in plant, CM and Bosch to meet section goals and objectives.
- Work closely and early involvement with plant in-house sample build group in fabrication and testing of samples as well as performing sample evaluation.
- Support plant wide SQL query on any urgent quality complaint, product issue and I4 project.
- Key driver in problem solving on quality issues encountered in manual insertion/final assembly operation which include PDI, 0km defect and field failures as well.
- Any other duties or responsibility assigned by the superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or equivalent.
- Preferable 3- 5 year working experiences in related field.
- Having professional competence in electrical circuity knowledge, statistical, 8D Mythology, quality tools and etc.
- Able to lead a team in cross functional and to solve the problem.
- Able to communicate effectively and get the joint agreement when there is misalignment in between department and section.
