About the Role 

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be a crucial part in shaping the user experience and visual design of our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to translate user needs and business objectives into innovative and intuitive designs. What You'll Do

• Thrive in a small and growing startup - adapt in situations of ambiguity, demonstrating flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
• Lead the design process from ideation to execution, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity visual designs.
• Transform customer and business objectives into compelling products that have purpose.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across our platform.
• Advocate for design thinking and a user-first approach across the company, ensuring that design is integral to our product development process.

What We Look For

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with experience in Payments, FinTech, or B2B SaaS products.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, embracing a scrappy and resourceful approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your experience with product design, particularly in designing for complex systems or platforms.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership to drive projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
