We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design process, creating impactful and user-centred experiences for our platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, define problem statements, and craft solutions that delight users. Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing, user-centered, and data-driven experiences.
• Define problem statements and execution plans with Product & Design Managers.
• Collaborate with data teams to create metrics-driven solutions.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Monitor post-launch performance to identify improvements.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for cohesive experiences.
• Mentor and guide designers within your product area.
• Represent design decisions and advocate for user-centered practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Skills that we look out for:




1. Experience & Expertise

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Solid foundation in visual design principles and iterative UX processes.
• Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, personas, and design systems.




2. Tools & Technology

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Webflow.
• Fundamental understanding of front-end technologies and platform constraints.
• Experience with generative AI tools like MidJourney and Ideogram.




3. Personal Attributes

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Passion for sports, especially cricket, trading, or fantasy sports (preferred).
