The Role

Marigold’s products are always evolving to better serve our customers. We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer with a strong portfolio which demonstrates your visual storytelling capabilities. In this role you will create customer experiences that make marketing feel like magic and you will contribute to our most strategic initiatives. We are seeking a design professional who will deliver business value, and high fidelity product designs for a range of customer applications. You value high quality, well organized design. You foster the highest level of collaboration possible across the organization. You are a strong verbal and written communicator. You are able to articulate design to any audience.
What You'll Do

Contribute to the future of product design, highly focused on customer experiences

Work closely with product managers to understand customer needs and business goals

Partner with engineering on the implementation of our design language and deliver continuous improvements to the customer

Collaborate with product designers to establish shared design patterns and interaction models that will modernize every application in our product suite

Solve complex problems across applications, working with multiple product teams

Drive the expansion of our accessible and scalable Marigold design language

Articulate design recommendations throughout the design process

Present your work frequently in design review

Provide thoughtful design feedback during design review

Full engagement for team and company wide meetings

Work effectively and efficiently with teams in multiple time zones

This role will require some collaboration with teams based in Australia and New Zealand
Requirements
-
Website portfolio highlighting your personal contributions in high fidelity product design
-
5 years of experience in product design, with at least two years of experience in lead or senior design roles
-
Figma skills with knowledge of advanced features and prototyping
-
Ability to kick start early design phases with few formal requirements
-
Experience with design systems
-
Ability to manage multiple design initiatives leveraging a human-centered design process
-
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders
Bonus Qualifications

Ability to sketch, draw and or motion design

SaaS software experience

Speak multiple languages
